Founded In Switzerland
KIDAN Sàrl (GmbH) was created by our founder, Dani SYED, to deliver end-to-end IT services and solutions. What started as a vision quickly became a mission: to simplify technology and create real impact for businesses in Switzerland.
The Start of Partnerships
We began building strong partnerships with leading technology vendors, positioning ourselves as a holistic IT provider. At the same time, we welcomed our first KIDANIANS (team members) and proudly crossed 1 million CHF in revenue, an early sign of trust from our customers.
Building Our Headquarters (HQ)
Starting with 20m2, 50m2, 100m2, renovations, renovation, then +500m2… Our headquarters (HQ) grew alongside our ambitions with bigger goals.
Strengthening the Foundations
We collaborated with former competitors, reshaping our mindset to build together. This year marked maturity, expanded services, deeper alliances, and our entry into Value-Added Distribution to strengthen channel partnerships.
Expanding Our Presence, Launching MSP
We grew beyond 50 KIDANIANS and launched our Managed Services Unit. Across Switzerland, we met IT teams, hosted events, and listened closely to the evolving needs of SMBs and enterprises.
A Defining Year
We launched our Technology Operations Center and Swiss Tier 4 Private Cloud. With 24/7 services, 1,000+ customers, and 93.8% retention, KIDAN SA joined ENIXEN Group AG with pride.
